Connect4Climate (C4C) is a partnership for a livable planet. Drawing on a trusted network of over 500 partners, C4C brings diverse organizations together to co-create innovative and intergenerational solutions while elevating this action through impactful stories, campaigns, and platforms. In collaboration with this global community—including private sector companies, the creative industries, CSOs, academia, and international institutions alongside over 600 young changemakers—we connect the next generation with transformative knowledge and real-world solutions to build a world free of poverty on a livable planet.

Our theory of change is anchored in four transformational words: Connect, Create, Communicate, Change. We connect diverse stakeholders, create spaces that foster new strategies and coalitions, communicate these experiences and knowledge through impactful storytelling, and ultimately change how people around the world approach the global intertwined challenges we face. At the core of this strategy is our commitment to driving intergenerational dialogue and mobilizing a community of empowered young changemakers.

Hosted by the World Bank Group and supported by Italy’s Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security and Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, C4C has been fostering intergenerational and creative collaboration for a resilient future since 2011.
