On September 20th, the Global Alliance for Climate-Smart Agriculture (GACSA) with The Earth Institute Columbia University are hosting a side event at the Climate Week NYC (September 18-24) to share information for sound implementation and scaling up of Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA).
Discussion will highlight the contribution of CSA both to climate action and to sustainable development. The event will also point out the specific challenges faced by farmers' organizations in implementing CSA, with emphasis on the work of women, youth groups and marginalised farmers in the regional and international level.
